The responsibilities of a social media specialist include building and executing social media strategies, generating and publishing daily content, optimizing company pages on various platforms, moderating user-generated content, and collaborating with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate actions. Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Availability to work flexible shifts.
